I came upon a set of 6 of these plates 4 different flower designs with 2 repeating. The stamp on the back reads: Noritake, Hand Painted, and Made in Japan. I was wondering how old these are and if they are worth anything. Any help is appreciated, thanks. :)

I believe this is a plate from the 1930s, but without seeing the entire set, I can't confirm if it is an original set or a later release. You can research under Noritake 10" Floral Plate B. Fushimi to compare what you have to what is online.
Most of the sets are not selling at asking prices in the $50 for 6 pristine plates.
Occasionally one of the plates in the series will sell in the $5-10 range. I find if you are going to sell, best to sell individually as sometimes people are trying to complete a set. Rarely these days do people want the entire set.

These plates were made in several sizes but from the history of Noritake this pattern was never made into a set and I think that is the reason there does not seem to be a 'name' for this series but mostly identified by Floral and sometimes with the artist's name. The artist B. Fushimi seems to be the most popular but I have seen at least 6 different artist names and it seems each artist made a series of all size plates - not sure but it looks like each series had six different floral arrangements - made in all sizes - that means there could potentially be a lot of different plates/flower designs (a minimum of 36 designs).
On the plates that I've found listed for sale/sold most are saying made in 1930's but on 2 different sites showing history of Noritake marks this particular mark was used in 1918 but I could not find out if how many years it may have been used so that is still a mystery to me.

The plates seem to be fairly plentiful and most are not selling but even asking prices for most are under $12 for one plate and sets are even less for 4 - 6 plates.
Very pretty for display - as it really appears that is what they were intended for. Your plate is also signed by the artist.

So it is a company with history and pedigree. Obviously, the value of the plates depend on the age.
$5 range is probably, as not a set, but as an each individual.
