ThriftyFun receives similar questions quite frequently and it's always difficult to answer questions about value as there are numerous things involved.
Almost everyone states their system is in good/great condition but how does it really sound (most important factor) to other people - maybe someone who is really into sound?

RCA is a middle of the road brand but still liked.
Your unit: RCA VZT325 - made in 1973

All consoles are very heavy and very costly to ship so most units are advertised as 'local pick up only'.
This means how people - within about a 25-35 miles radius of your house - feel about these units will be the biggest determining factor as to the final value of your console.
Do you see any similar systems for sale/sold in your area?
Do you see them in thrift/second hand stores?
Do you see them on the curb for free?
If you cannot answer any of these questions you can always check Freecycle, Craigslist, nextdoor to see if any are listed for sale or sold.
Other than that you would just have to take a chance on value and maybe start with a higher price - maybe $450 with best offers considered - keep it listed for several weeks and if no offer you can lower the price and wait again.

List on Facebook Marketplace ( your area), Craigslist, and any site you're familiar with.

Most people have been saying for years that it's a hit and miss when these units are for sale, but, it may sell.

You can read what some have said over the years and may still say the same thing. Most of these sites have forums where you can ask your question.

The label on the back of your console says it was manufactured by the RCA in 1973, model VZT 32S (not 325).
So you have VINTAGE 1973 RCA STEREO CABINET, RECORD PLAYER, AM / FM RADIO, 8 TRACK, model VZT 32S, dimensions most likely: 44"x 20" x 27".

The RCA Corporation was a major American electronics company, which was founded as the Radio Corporation of America in 1919.
During the 1970s, RCA's seemingly impregnable stature as a leader in technology and innovation began to weaken as it attempted to expand from its main focus of the development and marketing of consumer electronics and communications into a diversified multinational conglomerate.

Generally, vintage consoles are going to be worth nearly nothing to thousands of dollars.
Determining the value of the vintage record player cabinet comes down to many factors:
Condition The record player should be in sound working condition, and the console itself should be sturdy and attractive.
Brand. RCA belongs to popular brands.
Design. Your office looks pretty attractive.
Demand in your area. Delivery of such consoles is expensive.
Some might want to buy it to use to listen to music, while others might want to use it as a decorative piece.

Working vintage players generally sell for between $180-250, while those that aren't, go for less than $100.

I could not find exactly the same model VZT 32S, but I found model VQT 32S. It looks identical to your model, made in 1972. VINTAGE 1972 RCA STEREO CABINET, RECORD PLAYER, AM / FM RADIO, 8 TRACK was auctioned for $18 www.auctionninja.com/.../vintage-1972-rca-stereo-cabinet-record...

Another RCA 8 track record player console stereo was sold for $11 www.proxibid.com/.../59137809
RCA Stereo Console with Record Player and Radio (good condition, with very minimal surface wear) was sold at auction for $67 www.ebth.com/.../912401-rca-stereo-console-with-record...

1970's RCA stereo console slightly larger is on sale for $60 (Good piece to have but needs a little work. Discounted) www.varagesale.com/.../r83wvwwp-last-chance-sale-reduced...

RCA Victor Co. Mark 8 Stereo Console VTT 320S Works Great AM / FM / Phono / 8 Track (27" tall x 44.5" long 20" deep, there are some minor marks on the wood) 1960s is on sale for $399 www.ebay.com/.../144001232121

Your console looks great, but I don't know if it works great. I think the price is about $200. But check local classified ads and marketplaces to gauge a fair price and then price it accordingly.

I found vintage 1970's RCA AM FM phonograph stereo console about the same size as your console www.worthpoint.com/.../vintage-1970s-rca-stereo-console..., such model is on sale for $ 100 Condition: the record player works, however there is a loud hum www.ebay.com/.../293181325942
A similar model was sold for $ 11 mollettauctions.hibid.com/.../
These vintage consoles are not easy to sell for a high price.
