There are a few of them offered online and the asking price is right around $50. I am not finding one that has been sold recently so I can not quote you the true value of this book. You would need to do some research and locate one that has been sold in order to know what the value of the book really is. You can start with the standard asking price and if anyone is interested you can adjust the price if you want to sell it for what they are asking.
