If no one here knows, upload the pictures to replacements.com. They will identify it and give it a value.

I tried searching for this pattern and can't seem to find it listed anywhere. I think that Judy's suggestion is a good one and they should be able to help you.

As a general rule, this type of glass was sold in what was referred to as 'Dime' stores and were mass produced but some are still very collectible.

The value of these can run from $4 to $12/15 but are usually very slow sellers.
For a glass like this to sell for the higher figure usually requires more information such as brand, provenance (age & where has it been?), and of course, the biggest item - having the 'right' person actually seeing the glass and that does not always happen. Sellers leave items like this listed on sites for weeks/months and even years - waiting for that 'right' person to see it.

Glasses are not something the younger generation want anymore as most of them grew up using plastic tumblers and this drops the biggest buying market out of the picture.

Your glass has what at first looks like a southern lady with an umbrella but then it also appears to have some sort of Asian writing, maybe Japanese so perhaps it is is supposed to be an Oriental lady.

This link has a similar glass but appears to have a 'heavy' bottom so may be a later product.

Replacements may not actually provide very much information but here is their contact link if you wish to ask:

patternid.replacements.com/

I have heard that Replacements is 'slowing down' on just doing identification of items like this so I hope if you contact them you will post back what information they give you as their site is recommended on ThriftyFun quite often and we rarely hear if anyone actually gains any useful information after contacting them.

Is the pattern etched (meaning can you feel it) or is it printed on (smoother)?

They still make glasses like this today in both formats so it may be a challenge to ID it as it could have been sold at the dollar store last month or it could be an antique.

Also, I know from trying to sell glassware, one glass usually has little value because it will take just the right person who needs this exact pattern to want to replace it. It is something that could sit unsold for years at any price.

You could always take it to a vintage dealer and get their feedback.

If you don't have time for that and Replacements.com can't ID it for you, you can always run it as a 7 day eBay auction starting with the lowest you would want for it and let the market dictate it's value.

I have seen similar items sell between $3 and $12. Maybe you can get more!!

Post back with an update!! Thanks for sharing your lovely!
