Value of an Ashley Belle Doll?

Value of an Ashley Belle Doll? - doll wearing a pink dress in a black wooden caseI'm just wondering how much my Ashley Belle doll is worth. I'd also love to know more about it. I've had it for about 8 years and it's just been sitting on a shelf. On the authenticity card, it says that my doll's name is Carol and she's 715/2312 dolls. Also, it says that there's only 5,000 out in the world and is signed by Fuling Hong. She's in good condition, but just a little dusty. Any information is appreciated. Thank you!

She is beautiful! It is sad to say that this beauty is 1 of thousands made like her and others made by different companies that are look a likes. Dolls are not doing very well. You may get $25 on a good day. Some online in great shape like this one on bid, can not get up to $10. It would have to take that special person to pay over $25. Try yard sale to save money on shipping, and stage her well!

I will be honest with you on this one. Today people are not interested in purchasing dolls that are mass produced like your doll. If there are 5000 dolls out there that is a lot. Doll collectors basically look for dolls that are one of a kind or ones made by famous doll makers. Today the doll market is horrible and people are almost giving these dolls away.

Your doll comes in a box and this can increase the value of the doll some but not much. You might be able to get around $15-20 for this doll. Selling it locally normally brings in a higher price than selling it online.

I have the exact same doll (Ashley Belle, "Carol") only her number is 632/2312. She's in the same case, with a COA and a wrist tag. I'm not into dolls, not are my college-age daughters. This was a gift from my mom to one of my girls. I was disappointed to find that she is of almost no value. I accept that she won't sell, but I would sure wish to find someone who would genuinely love and appreciate her.

Do you or does anyone know how to find someone like this to essentially gift with this doll? A home for seniors, perhaps? It seems to me that no one under 75-80 is of an era to still enjoy such dolls.
