Water Dispenser Runs When Ice Maker Fills?

When my ice maker fills the water dispenser is also triggered for a few seconds. I have replaced the filter and solenoid valve.

Its likely the diode thats bad. It is integrated into the wire harness that goes to that water inlet valve.
