My Samsung ice maker turns, but no water is getting to the ice trays?

Check the water pump, hoses, and if water is flowing to the ice maker. You should be able to disconnect a hose to see if the water inside is frozen or not. You could have the temperature in the freezer set to high and the water is frozen in the hose.
