What a cutie! She's precious! Your pup's ears and face appear to look like she's mixed w/ Papillon.

You could also have a DNA test done for your cute pup for around $80 and on up.

Beautiful puppy.
It's not really unusual for a Chihuahua to have a 'black' face but to weigh 6 1/2 pounds at only 4/5 months old seems to indicate there is another breed in the picture but she may level off and not gain very much more.

Her ears and flags make me think she may also have some long haired Chihuahua mix also.

The only way to know for sure is to have a DNA test. Kits are available online, pet stores and vets and usually cost from $45 to thousands but not everyone needs or wants to know 'for sure' but you can discuss her breeding with her vet as they are more familiar with the bone structure and other features of different breeds.

Please be very sure she sees her vet and keeps her shots/vaccinations up to date.

Thankyou so much for your reply, yes she was sold to me as a long haired chihuahua but i thought she was too big, heavy, and her legs were too long to be a chihuahua, her vet immunisation card said chihuahua but recently gound out that might be fake, she was in ireland 2 days before i got her in glasgow. nobody recognises her breed when i take her out, they always ask. But yes thanks again.

Regular breeders use the term 'Chihuahua' loosely but I hope this wasn't a licensed breeder who scammed you.

I believe it is a compliment when they ask 'what breed is she?' as this just means you have a beautiful little 'one of a kind' and that's a good thing. I really think she has great flags but to be truly long haired she would have longer hair all over and generally 'flags' on her tail but she has enough to make her stand out in a crowd.

You may have gotten 'scammed' about true breeding and money wise but still came out a winner anyway.

I love this mix breed, Chorkie- Chihuahua and Yorkshire Terrier . I love her colors, they look like they were painted on, also with this breed the weight and height is larger. Here is more info about the mix of this cute breed. - www.cuteness.com/.../information-yorkie-mixed-breed-puppy

100% adorable!! Has the vet weighed in?

The ears look Papillion like!

The vet can see what we can't, like the teeth, jaw, hips etc.

I want to her her!! She is adorable!!! Thanks for sharing her! She made me smile!!
