I believe what you have is a double bow front dresser made by Dixie Furniture in the Duncan Phyfe style.
I believe this was probably made in the 40-50's and is typically called 'mid-century' furniture.

You have damage to the top and that would lower the value and your area could be a plus or a minus for this style of furniture. Furniture styles are regional and important to value because furniture is typically listed for sale with 'local pick up only'. Shipping items like this is very expensive and usually reserved for more valuable items.
Most furniture is desirable in the original finish but it seems the 'make-overs' are taking over in many cases and these values are going up while the 'original' finished item's value is stagnant or lower.
Examples:
This one will probably sell long before the same item in original finish will sell and for a lot more money than the original.

This same dresser (in beautiful condition) sold for $294 less than one year ago but the area located may have contributed to the value.

This one sold for $308 in the last 2 years and the location was in San Diego (no mirror but nice condition).

So when looking for value there are numerous things to consider: condition is very important; location is important; how good are the pictures, description and which online sites where listed also can mean the difference in a sale or no sale.
Most people will just state:
" I have found that the item is worth what someone is willing to pay."
If you decide to list your dresser, I would suggest cleaning it up and take some good pictures (look at other items listed for sale to get an idea of pictures needed) and maybe list it on sites like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OffUp, LetGo, Ioffer, and any other sites you're familiar with.

Start your price higher, maybe $300, with best offer and see how it goes. If no offers after several weeks/months then lower the price and wait again.
Hopefully, another member, Pghgirl will offer information and mine may be off some but she will have more about this item and style/dates.

Interesting facts about Dixie Furniture:
"History of Dixie Furniture:
Dixie Furniture (the manufacturer) - Founded in 1901 by Henry Link and several others in Lexington, NC. The name has been changed to Lexington Home Brands & they are still in business.

Dixie Furniture (the manufacturer) is not related to & should not be confused with the Dixie Furniture Company (which are stores that just sell furniture, not make it), located in Charleston, SC. Their first store opened in 1946.

Dixie Furniture Stores are located in Charleston, N. Charleston, & Waterboro, SC.
They do NOT carry or sell the Dixie stamped furniture.
