In Pittsburgh, most cleaners include it in their regular cleaning daily wage...not broken out. This is since most ovens are self cleaning and the only thing they really have to do is brush out the crumbs when it is done (they clean while oven is self cleaning)

For the rare non-self cleaning oven, there is a website that quotes prices which I find crazy of $30 to $150:

The price range depends on your town.

If the oven is not self-cleaning, it would be a special job. It would take a couple hours to clean. I would charge $30-50, depending on how dirty it was.
