Whirlpool Washer Makes Noise and Stops Spinning?

I have a Cabrio washer, that when it starts to spin it will go around a couple of times, and will begin to make a loud banging sound and cut off.

I think the washer might be off balance. Try adjusting the level with the feet of the machine. There are usually little adjusting things on the washer's feet.

If your spin cycle continues to be unbalanced and your always messing with moving your clothes around to try and balance it it could be your tub hangers .Mine did the same thing continuously (changed the hangers)and hasnt done it since
