Google Lil' Kim Rose of Sharon - Hibiscus syriacus
I'm sure you have a Hibiscus Syriacus, or Common Hibiscus. But in your case, a hybrid.
Read up on their care. You should be able to get it to bloom again. They are really easy to care for.
