Two companies who make Great Value brands are ConAgra and Sara Lee. There are probably others
If you are concerned that it is made outside the US you can contact Walmart and they will tell you where your particular product was made. You will need to include all numbers/letters printed on the container as that is how they determine the plant location and date made.
Great Value products are made by ConAgra and Sara Lee but their factories are in several states and usually you can only know which factory made what by knowing their coding system.
This has caused some complaints but Walmart made a statement about that recently:
"Walmart contends that all Great Value products are produced in the United States. Otherwise, the country of origin would be listed."
To add a bit to the other postings...I have noticed that Walmart has a ton of news releases on their websites that give their spin on their great value products including announcements when they have new products. It can be interesting.
