Travel: Sailing Ships on the Great Lakes (Bay City, MI)These tall ships travel the Great Lakes every year. They stop in Bay City, Michigan for a weekend. The public is able to go by the ships for a small fee.
Scenery: Forest Through The Trees (Shore Acres...Walking the gardens of Shore Acres State Park is always a treat. During one visit, my husband and I decided to try something different. We went down to the beach and crossed a rickety old bridge, leading us into the wilderness.
Scenery: Lager Mill By the Creek (Frankenmuth, MI)I was walking through downtown Frankenmuth, Michigan on my way to see the ice sculptures. I stopped and thought this lager mill would be a nice scenery picture, here it was in the middle of winter.
Scenery: A Walk In The Woods (NC)I love Fall and a walk in the woods just lifts my spirits. I don't feel safe walking in the woods during the week where we live. Deer hunting season is in and I'm afraid we might get mistaken for one.

Travel: Statue Of Liberty (New York, NY)My brother and I took the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty last spring. It was really impressive. We didn't go up inside the statue though, because there was such a long security line to get in.

Travel: Air Force One (Ronald Reagan Library,...The Ronald Reagan Library is just a few miles from us. We took the great grandkids to see it and they seemed to enjoy it a lot. They got to see inside the plane and saw the motorcade and Marine One, the helicopter.
Scenery: Sope Creek Park (Marietta, GA)This picture was taken in Marietta, Georgia at Sope Creek Park. There are 16 miles of hiking trails and I've been lost on every one of them. I love the creek and it was by far my favorite place to take my dogs hiking.

Scenery: MacMillan Creek (Conesus, New York)One of my favorite ATV riding areas is MacMillan Creek, Conesus NY. It is one of the many creeks, streams, and springs that feed Conesus Lake, the western-most "Finger Lake".
Scenery: Butterfly Beach (near Santa Barbara, CA)We drove up to Butterfly Beach right as the sun was beginning to set. It was fate, a lone parking place appeared right as we drove in! Every sunset is amazing, but this one in January will stay with me for many, many years.
