Health Concerns With Flea Medications Be careful when using flea medications on your pet. My standard poodle suffered fits after I used a medicine where you put a drop on the back of the neck. It was very frightening to see and I thought she was a goner, but since we stopped using it she is OK.
Emmie (Toy Poodle) Emmie is 7 years old and a Toy Poodle. I rescued her from a friend of a friend when she was 7 months old. She likes to fetch her ball 24/7 (that is, if I would let her).
