Easy Dark Cherries and Ice CreamThis is a summertime favorite at our house and so easy to prepare!
Sensational Strawberry ShortcakePreheat oven to 425 degrees F. Beat 1/2 cup of the milk, the sour cream and 3 Tbsp sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in baking mix until just moistened. Spread evenly into greased 9-inch round cake pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Lemon Cheese DessertFirst Layer: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup margarine, 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar. Mix and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Funny Eggs Melt butter in round layer pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dip biscuits in butter mixture to coat both sides and arrange in pan. Make apricot-sized indentation in each biscuit and fill with apricot.
Twinkies DessertTake 4 packages of Twinkies, split lengthwise. Lay in the bottom of a 9x15 inch pan. Dissolve 2 packages of orange gelatin in 1 cup hot water and add 1/2 cup juice drained from pineapple. Add 7 oz. of 7-Up, 1 qt. vanilla ice cream and 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with Cool Whip and a cherry on top.
Creamy Strawberry DessertBeat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, thawed strawberries and marshmallows. Spread over crust.
Cranberry DessertChop cranberries and add sugar. Add crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream.
Strawberry Whipped LoafLine an 8x4-inch loaf pan with foil. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and 2 cups of the Cool Whip; pour into the pan.

Cherry Chocolate Biscuit BakePreheat oven to temperature given on biscuit tube. Put pie filling in a baking dish or pie plate (glass works best). Sprinkle with chips. Quarter biscuits, sprinkle over mixture.
Triple-Layer Banana Cream Pie BarsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix wafer crumbs, pecans and butter in a 13x9 inch baking dish; press firmly onto bottom of dish. Bake 8 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Banana Pudding SquaresCombine wafers and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Mix Neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
Cherry Cream DessertFor crust: mix all ingredients together. Press into the bottom of a buttered 2 qt. glass dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Peaches 'N Cream DessertCombine the crumbs and butter and pat into an 8 inch square pan. Combine juices and heat to boiling. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Cool and add peaches.

Bananas CaramelMix brown sugar, half and half and butter or margarine. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency of mayonnaise. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Arrange sliced bananas in serving dish.
Fresh Plum Crumb DessertIn a large bowl, combine the plums, brown sugar, 3 Tbsp. flour and cinnamon. Spoon into a greased 2 qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, baking powder, salt, mace and remaining flour.

Pear PandowdyIn a small saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until pears are tender. Pour into a greased 3 cup baking dish.
Fruit and CreamThe greatest summer dessert you will ever find. It's very decadent but oh, so easy! Put strawberries in a wine glass and pour mixture over. Or you can alternate layers of cream and fruit.
Old Fashioned Pineapple Ice Box DessertFinely crush the graham crackers, put cracker crumbs in a bowl and add the softened butter and sugar, work together and put 1/2 of the crumb mixture in an 8x11 inch pan. Melt marshmallows in milk in a pan, on medium heat, be sure not to let it burn.
Apple Pie SquaresIn a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Set remaining crumb mixture aside.
Strawberry FluffIn a small bowl, combine gelatin and glaze; set aside. In two large bowls, whisk butter, milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in glaze mixture; fold in whipped topping and strawberries.
Fruit 'N Cake KabobsIn a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the apricot preserves, water, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the nectarines, plums, peaches and cake cubes.
Berry TrifleBake angel food cake according to package directions or purchase a prepared one. Make Jello as directed and put in fridge an hour before assembly. In a clear, tall glass bowl layer ingredients starting with broken up pieces of cake, Jello, berries (mixed together), and Cool Whip.
Honey Baked BananasPeel bananas, halve lengthwise and place in a shallow baking dish. Mix together melted butter, lemon juice, and honey. Brush honey mixture on bananas.

Apple Pie-like DessertPeel, wash and dice up 3 to 4 Gala red apples. Place apple pieces into small square casserole dish (about 8 x 8). Stir in some cinnamon-sugar mixture to taste. Add a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cloves (if desired).
