French Silk PieCream sugar and margarine; melt chocolate and add to sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat hard for 5 minutes after each. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

 

Chocolate PieMix ingredients together and cook in heavy pan on low heat until thickens. Pour into baked crust and top with meringue or whipped cream.

 

Coconut PieCombine first 6 ingredients in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed 3 minutes. Pour into 9 inch pie pan. let stand 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut.

 

Coconut Cream PieScald milk in heavy saucepan. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to milk, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Beat eggs yolks. Add half of hot mixture. Stir and return to remaining mixture in pan. Leave on heat about 1 minutes; remove.

 

Easiest of All Lemon PieSo easy and fresh with lemon! Combine lemonade, condensed milk and cool whip. Pour into pie shell and chill. Serve with a spoonful of cool whip if desired.

 

Strawberry Pie Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, butter and food coloring; cook until thick. Remove from heat; fold in strawberries.

 

Lemonade PieMix all ingredients and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate until set. Can also freeze, which I think is better!

Peanut Toffee PiePlace rack on lower shelf of oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place pie shell on a baking sheet and let stand 10 minutes to thaw slightly.

 

Million Dollar PieDrain pineapple. Mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk, then add remaining ingredients, adding lemon juice last.

 

Granny's Custard PieHeat milk, then add beaten eggs, sugar, and salt and vanilla. Pour into a 9 inch pie shell (unbaked); sprinkle top with nutmeg.

 

Junior High Lemon Pie Mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add boiling waster, mixing well. Cook until thick. Pour a little into beaten egg yolks, then add that to balance of cooked mixture.

 

Apple Custard PieLine pie plate with unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. flour and 1/4 cup sugar over bottom. Pare, core and cut apples in halves; arrange cut side up in pastry shell.

 

Buttermilk PieMix preceding ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Mix sugar, flour, and salt together before adding to rest of ingredients.

Black Bottom PieMy most favorite pie in the whole wide world :-) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Make pudding mix with milk as directed on box for pie. Cool 30 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter PieIn a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk on low speed until combined; beat for 2 minutes on high. Pour into crust. Chill for 20 minutes or until filling is thickened.

 

Chocolate ThrillerCombine crushed chocolate wafers and melted margarine. Press into bottom of spring form pan and bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing until well blended.

 

Amazing Coconut PieCombine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan.

 

Peaches and Cream PieEasy to make and I haven't served it to anyone who hasn't loved it! Mix dry ingredients, flour, salt, soda and pudding. Add milk, butter and egg. Press into a 10 inch deep dish pie pan. Arrange the peaches on top.

 

Mock Apple PieThe classic pie, featuring Ritz crackers baked in a golden crust. Roll out half the pastry and line a 9-inch pie plate. Place cracker crumbs in prepared crust; set aside.

 

Creamy Banana PieSoften gelatin in cold water; set aside. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Blend in milk and egg yolks.

 

Cherry PieCut shortening into flour and salt mixture. Gradually add cold water. Divide pastry into 2 crusts.

 

Rhubarb PieMix together and pour into an unbaked pie shell and top with crust. Bake at 400 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.

 

Fudge Sundae PieA favorite of my son. In a large saucepan, combine 1/4 cup corn syrup, butter and brown sugar.

 

Pecan and Cranberry PieOne of our family favorites. not only delicious, but very pretty. Combine all ingredients. put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 10 minutes.

Derby PieMix sugar with flour; add eggs and margarine which has been melted and cooled. Add walnut pieces, chocolate chips and stir in vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees F.

 

Pie Filling Using Dried Cherries?Does anyone have a recipe for making cherry pie filling using dried cherries?

 

Quick Fruit PieMelt 1 stick of butter in an oblong pan. In bowl mix ingredients together to make a batter. Pour batter over butter; do not stir. Pour 3 or 4 cups sweetened berries or other fruit over batter and butter; still not stirring. Bake in 350 degrees F oven until brown.

 

Recipe for Angel Pie?I am looking for a recipe for a pie my mother used to make for me. We called it Angel pie. It was a white pie filling topped with whipping cream and sprinkled with walnuts.

 

Cobbler PieCream butter, sugar and salt then add rest of crust ingredients. Put in a 13 inch glass pan. Cover with remaining ingredients. The crust rises to the top. Bake in 350 degree F oven until the crust is golden brown.

 

German Sweet Chocolate PiePlace milk, chocolate, butter, eggs and sugar in electric blender container. Blend at medium speed for 15 seconds. Pour into 9 inch pie plate and sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool. Store in refrigerator.

 

Fudge Pecan PieMelt chocolate and margarine together, add sugar and flour. Add eggs and vanilla, beaten together. Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Place in cold oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

 

Honey Peach PieLine 8 inch pan with pastry. Fill with fresh sliced peaches. Sprinkle peaches with 1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca and dribble 1/3 cup honey over peaches. Lay twisted strips of pastry across top. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until light brown.
