Cajun Burgers With Bayou SauceFor yummy Cajun burgers mix together in a large bowl; beef, green pepper, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, lemon rind, hot pepper sauce and salt, and shape into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate for a least l hour or up to 8 hours.
Mermaid DelightCombine 1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip, cucumber, and milk. Mix well. Combine tuna, bread crumbs, 1 cup of Miracle Whip, egg and onion. Mix lightly. Shape into six patties. Brown on both sides of margarine.
French DipPlace the roast in a crock pot. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, au jus mix and the Italian mix together and pour it over the roast. Cook on low until the meat is done. You can make this the day before and take off any fat on the meat and re-heat.
Ham and Swiss MeltsSoften the butter, and mix in the garlic powder, onion flakes, poppy seeds and mustard. Spread the mixture on the kaiser rolls and add the ham and cheese. Wrap each sandwich, individually, in aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Fancy Cranberry TuCroissantsBlend together cream cheese, orange marmalade and pecans. Spread on bottom of croissant. Add 2 deli turkey slices, spread some of the cranberry jelly and top with leaf lettuce.
Chipotle Fish SandwichIn a shallow dish, combine the flour, chipotle chile pepper and salt. Pat the fish dry with paper towels and coat the fish with the flour mixture and set aside. Reuben RollHeat the oven to 400 degrees F. Unroll the pizza dough and lay the pastrami on top of the dough, leaving 1/2 inch border around the edges. Spread the Russian dressing over the pastrami and spread the sauerkraut over each pastrami slice.
Broiler SandwichesPlace a slice of cheese (American is fine) on one slice of sandwich bread. Place a slice of tomato on top of the cheese. Broil until the tomato wilts and the cheese melts.
