I can't find a sofa cover for a dual reclining sofa without a center console. The hardest part is the footrests, the bottom needs to be split for practical use.

I don't know how old you are, but, you might consider trying to learn to sew and make your own. The learning process will give you good skills in your future life. If you don't have a sewing machine, there are lots of ways you could consider. Borrowing one, buying a used one, ads, freecycle, craigs list, ask about one to friends.
You may want to check www.fadedchic.com/
They have a few reclining slipcovers for 3-seater sofas and 2-seater loveseats. They only have very few from what I can see, but it might be worth checking it.
By the way, I don't think the person (chm) suggesting to learn sewing to make one was rude nor belittling. To me it seems that he/she offered a suggestion where there were none.
I have an old and very comfortable dual recliner. I'm having an awful time finding a slip cover for it. Can anyone help me?

Try SureFit Slipcovers. You can check them online or order a catalog. Hope this helps. : )
Call SureFit. They have just what you need. Good luck
No, SureFit (spoke to someone on the phone) says that they don't have covers like this.
I have tried the Sure-Fit slipcovers on my loveseat recliners with console in the middle as our leather has been peeling since day one. They are fine over the back but the middle is too much material. I have nothing yet to cover unless having it completely covered.
In the future, never buy bonded leather.
I have a 3 seater sofa that reclines at either end and the middle seat is stationary. After reading all the posts it doesn't seem like anyone has addressed this.
Is there a chance that anyone can help me find a cover or pattern for one? The leather is peeling. It really needs a cover. We had a family member who gave up on this very issue and used sheets that matched his decor to cover the sofa when he had company and just leaves it go when it is just him. Eventually he will get a new one, but it is not in the budget at the moment.
Supposedly there are covers like this one that are super expensive and work to allow you to recline, but no one we know has that kind of money for covers...so we can't verify if it works or not:
There are much cheaper covers for the three ups that are stationary and don't let you recline, but that defeats the purpose.
If you are super industrious and a good seamstress, you could take the thing apart, use the existing leather as a pattern and make new....my friend who took a class to do this at our community college found it very difficult and she gave up (hers was a chair) (and she is not a quitter). I think she ended up a few years later, she did finish it, but used fabric not leather since leather and leather products are a pain to work with. She then decided she hated it and got rid of it...which I find is frequently the case with new DIY projects.
There are a few really good seamstresses on this site, so I will defer to them as they may know a better solution or have found purchased products that are affordable and work!! Will look back for other responses!
If I were you I would cut some material and either use elastic to secure it to the cushion or just staple it to the bottom of the cushion
Hi,
I found this page which describes in detail how to measure fabric for a slip cover. I love slipcovers, they are so beautiful!

I hope this helps and wish you a great evening!

It will be costly to buy a slip cover over a new chair. I would use any left over blanket or sheets to put over it. :) Or look into if you can spot treat the section and reupholster.
I have a dual reclining full sized reclining sofa. I am looking for slipcovers. I see no one who sells such a product, any ideas?
By Jack F. from Sevierville, TN
Make your own? The satisfaction of knowing you made the slip covers yourself is incredible! You can also save a huge amount of money. Sewing your own slipcovers is not complicated or difficult-if you can read and follow directions, and can sew a straight line on a sewing machine (also an easy skill to learn:), the creative possibilities are almost endless.
Can you tell me where to find a pattern for a full size reclining sofa? And if I can sew it, why wouldn't companies that sell them provide them? Any ideas? Thanks.
Not sure if this would work but I thought I would post it anyway. Seeing my idea may spark someone else's creative juices or someone may can build upon mine for a solution.
If you took a regular cover and start a cut a few inches to the left and a few inches to the right of the middle at the bottom. Cut up till just past the foot portion of the recliners. Next get the fabric tape you can use instead of sewing and use it on the cut sides to keep it from unraveling. Fold the fabric under and apply your tape to both long slits on both sides of each slit. There will be a center piece that hangs down, it will need to be done also. This would give you a piece for each recliner stool and a piece down the middle. This would make each recliner able to move on it's own without messing up the entire slipcover. I hope you can picture what I am trying to describe. Ll'll'Ll This would be the very bottom, feet-center-feet
I desperately need to find covers for sofa recliners. Any thoughts?

Yes! Go to surefit.com, they have all the items you will need. They have wonderful styles & colors.
La-z-boy.com suggests surefit.com
That's where I'll be getting mine for my La-z-boy reclining sofa. What you want is a one piece slipcover. We bought the Jenna for our informal living room.
