My boyfriend and I have been together over 9 months. He is turning 18 in a few days and I still am not sure what to do or get for him. I want to make a scrapbook or collage of all our memories, but still can't decide. He plays tennis and enjoys playing golf. I've already done the gift card idea for Christmas and don't want to do that again. I want to show that I've really tried on his gift. Any suggestions?

A scrap book or collage is not something he will hang on to if you break up. I would suggest taking him to a driving range and buying him a bucket of balls to go with the new driver you get him for his birthday gift. He will keep the driver forever!

There are a lot of anime sites online. I know that Crunchyroll is a popular streaming service and I think they sell items as well. You could find out which are his favorite animes and get him a shirt or hat or something like that.

Another idea would be to volunteer to watch anime with him sometime. Since it is such a big part of his life, it might mean a lot for you to watch it with him.

Wishing you luck and your boyfriend a happy birthday!

Get him a CD of music played at wrestling matches... if such a thing exists. You said he likes hard rock, is he familiar with Van Canto?

That is a popular European somewhat hard rock band. Get him one of their CDs.

I am in need of gift ideas for my boyfriend who I have been dating for almost two months, but talked to for three months before we decided to date. He is shy, a goofball, plays video games somewhat and a football player, but does not play rn.

We are both seniors and he loves gummy bears. If you can help me find the perfect gift for him that would be great. His birthday is on March 16 and he is Filipino as well.

Challenge Him to games at a popular arcade, along with dinner!

I really think you have your gift from what you've written here. Creat a goofy gift basket for him that includes all his favorite things.

I have a lot of fun ideas that would incorporate who he is and what he likes.
First of all, buy his favorite color tshirt (you can get one at Michael's or Joann's). Use some iron on thick interfacing to cut out the number "18" to iron on the back of the shirt. Give this to him right off so he can wear it. (This would be like a football jersey!) Second, do your own style of video game. Make up a game using an old DVD plastic case. Make a label for the game by printing the title and inserting into the sleeve of the DVD. My idea is to call it "The Bear Hunt." Inside of the DVD case, have printed instructions for the game. The game could be set up in a small, neighborhood park with different "stations." It could be like an obstacle course or set up like a football field with signs for the "stations" at the 10 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, etc. On the back of each sign, he needs to perform the activity before moving onto the next station. Ideas for this are: have some simple props (hat, scarf, necklace sunglasses, etc.) which he needs to wear, have him sing a few lines of a pre-determined song, read the alphabet backwards, do a funny dance step, etc.

You would want five to ten stations depending on how many 10 yard increments you want to use for the game. Be sure to video the game on your phone or video camera, so you can watch it together at the end of the birthday activity. You could also participate in the game and have someone else video it. The prize at the end would be a basket of different kinds of gummy bears. This game encompasses his football, love for gummy bears, video games, and being goofy!
My second idea for a gift is to make him a "Bearthday" dinner: The menu would be a fruit salad made with bluebearies and strawbearies, "bearitos" (burritos) with all of the toppings, Raspbearry Lemonade, and a "bearthday" cake with gummy bear decorations! You could decorate with a "bear" theme. Make sure you label everything so he catches the "puns!"

I've seen bags of snack size gummy bears which would be perfect in a piñata. Unwrapped ones would be very pretty breaking out but would be basically inedible afterwards (unless your floor is VERY clean).

I'm sure he will be touched by whatever you decide on.

I love this gummy bears cake idea:

Serve it with ice cream after you do something fun, like spending the afternoon playing video games.

Enjoy and wishing him birthday blessings!
