Does anyone know where I can donate gently used stuffed animals in Columbus, Ohio?
Try this place:

Charities like AMVETS, Easter Seals and more will pick up your donations for free and leave you a tax deduction receipt.
It is nice that you wish to donate these as the cost of new toys is often out of reach for some children/parents. There are many charity organizations in your area that accept toys which includes used stuffed animals.
Step 1
Church thrift stores are always glad to accept clean stuffed toys as they can sell them or give them to deserving families.
Step 2
Salvation Army, Goodwill, Habitat and Hospice Thrift stores always accept these as they can sell them but they also give them to needy families, especially at holiday time.
Step 3
Don't forget your local assisted living and nursing homes as they are always wanting things like this for their adult residents.
Sometimes it is difficult to donate used stuff animals to hospital type places as they are very concerned about germs and can only accept new toys.
Fortunately, you live in a city that has two great organizations that accept this type of toy and it goes directly to children who need attention.
Please check these out as I think you will be happy to deliver these to a location near you.

Try family & homeless shelters, women's trauma shelters, police & fire stations-good for kids in a traumatic situation, hospitals, etc.
I have a bunch of stuffies I would like to donate.

Many larger organizations are prohibited from accepting "preowned" stuffed animals as it is considered a "health" hazard. You will have to find someone like Goodwill, Salvation Army and local small charities to accept these.
I live in a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee and would like to donate between 50-100 new stuffed animals/toys to an organization that can distribute them to needy kids. I am willing to deliver to any county adjacent to Davidson County.

I live in Florida but we are able to donate NEW stuffed toys to our local hospitals. These are usually given to children when it seems appropriate - especially at Christmas.
I believe our Lion's club also does something like this so maybe you could check with one of these for advice.
