I have a Protex heated mattress and would like to know if I can get a replacement controller for it or do you have to buy new?
I believe these have a 3-5 year warranty but yours may be older than this.
It will be difficult to but a replacement but I would suggest you take your controller to a Sears Service Center and see if they have a generic controller that would work for your pad.
Even a generic may be expensive so you would have to decide whether to buy that or a new pad.

Where can I get a controller for a Hodiax HM-queen heated mattress pad?
Unfortunately I did not find any. Just the entire new queen heated mattress pad with remote, which runs about $45.

Cords are generally about 1/3 the cost (or more) of a new pad so if your pad is very old or has been laundered very many times, you may want to consider replacing it. These pads also have a warranty so check that out first. You can check warranty at the same site as asking for information on cord replacement.
