Canola Oil Chocolate CakeBeat first 4 ingredients for 4 minutes. Sift dry ingredients and alternate add the dry ingredients and 2 cups boiling water to the oil mixture.

Hash Brown BakeMix all ingredients together and put into 9x12 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.

Company PotatoesAdd butter to potatoes and mash. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together and then add to potatoes. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the chives if desired. Spoon into a 2 qt. casserole and brush with soft butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Deluxe Scalloped PotatoesPreheat oven to 300 degrees. Put in an 8x8 inch greased baking dish. Heat margarine and cream of mushroom soup. Add potatoes, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Top with green onions and bake. Can be frozen ahead. Wrap and freeze. Do not put on onions before freezing.

Removing Shoe Polish Stain from Rose Coloured Carpet?My daughter is in Sea Cadets and even after telling her umpteen times not to polish her boots in the living room, she did. Now, I have a huge black shoe polish stain on my carpet. I hadn't noticed it until today and am not sure how long it has been there. Any ideas on how to get it out?
