Working Long Hours - Dealing With Pain in Feet,...
I work long hours and have a lot of pain in my feet, legs and lower back. Basically, I hurt all over! I wear insoles in my shoes (not custom), and take ibuprofen for the pain. Does anyone know how to manage my pain without so much over the counter medicine?

Wild Turkeys - Backyard Wildlife

Making Roux For Gumbo
To make roux I use a large glass mixing bowl and add about a cup of flour to 1/2 cup oil. Mix with a whisk. Put in microwave and cook until brown whisking often. It will burn real easily if not whisked often.
Line Cake Pan With Foil
When baking a cake instead of greasing and flouring the pan, line it with aluminum foil. After baking let the pan cool down and place the cake pan and all in the refrigerator to chill.
