HumdingersIn a large pan, cook dates, sugar and margarine for 6-8 minutes. Take off the heat and add rest of ingredients. Stir; pour onto a piece of aluminum foil and let cool. Roll in balls, then roll in powdered sugar.

 

Walnut BrittleIn a large saucepan, place everything but the nuts. Then, without stirring, cook over high heat, shaking pan occasionally, until the mixture becomes a syrup and the color of molasses.

 

Parsley Chicken BakeCombine first 6 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Place 2 pieces of chicken in bag, and shake to coat. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken.

 

Applesauce BreadCombine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in raisins. make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, applesauce, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
