Bagel DipIn food processor, blend all of the above ingredients (except bagels). Chill at least 2 hours. Toast bagels, cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with the dip.

Southern Banana PuddingPour milk into a large bowl,and add dry pudding mix. Mix well and let stand about 5 minutes. Arrange half of the wafers on bottom and sides of a 2 quart serving bowl. Add layers of half banana slices and pudding. Repeat all layers. Spread the topping over the pudding. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Butterscotch Ice CreamIn a large bowl, combine soft ice cream and other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into air tight container, freeze till firm. Makes: 1 Qt.
