Beef JerkyTrim steak of all fat and cut in 1/4 inch thick lengthwise strips. Marinate in soy sauce 1-2 hours. Place strips of meat on a rack over a cookie sheet; sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.

 

Cheese PuffsTrims crusts from bread; cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Melt cheeses and butter until somewhat smooth consistency. Remove from heat and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

 

Dilled Cucumber-Shrimp SpreadPlace all ingredients except pepper, cucumber and shrimp in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.

 

Angel ParfaitBoil sugar and water until it spins a short thread. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour hot sugar syrup over whites and continue beating until syrup is absorbed. Immediately add gelatin, which has been softened in water.

 

Fruit and Nut Chocolate PuddingChock full of goodness, instant chocolate pudding with fruit and nuts! Whisk all the above together in med. bowl. I will divide the above for two. In serving bowls, divide one sliced banana, add a 1/4 cup cran-raisins in each bowl.

 

Noodles RomanoSaute onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet. Brown beef in same skillet, and crumble while browning. Add tomato sauce, paste, wine, bay leaf, 2 teaspoons of salt, and oregano. Simmer 15 minutes.

 

Ham on a BunPlace ham and cheese slices on a bun or between sliced bread. Mix butter, mustard, onion and poppy seed. Brush buns with this mixture or pour mixture over sandwich loaf.

 

Chicken SpectacularPrepare rice according to package directions. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put in well greased 2 qt. casserole and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through.
