If you use the 'quick' oats in the microwave, you will only add about 50 calories to that mix as it cooks by putting 7 little marshmallows on top. Scrapple TipSlice up the whole package. Wrap each slice in wax paper sheet. (I buy the sheets by the box!). Put wrapped sheets into a freezer bag or container. Put a frozen slice right onto pan and cook.
