Artichoke-Dilled Potato SaladScrub potatoes under running water. Cook unpeeled potatoes, covered, in boiling water (lightly salted), 20 minutes or until just tender. Drain and cool. Cut in halves or quarters.

 

Chicken-a-la-ReineSprinkle chicken breasts with seasoned salt. Brown in margarine. Remove to platter and saute onion, thinly sliced, in the same pan.

 

Green RicePrepare Minute rice according to directions on package; set aside. Cook broccoli and drain. Add Cheez Whiz while broccoli is hot.

 

Crescent Apple DessertUnroll crescent dough onto an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking pan; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Combine the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over crust.

 

Cheesy EnchiladasPour 1/2 can cream of chicken and 1/2 can of cream of celery into a bowl with the diced onion and 1/2 of the package of shredded cheese. Microwave until it is melted and stir. Mix chicken together with the microwaved portion.

 

Gourmet Macaroni and CheeseThis always goes over good at church potlucks or family get-togethers!

 

Cheese BreadSlice loaf of bread down middle and lightly spread with margarine. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix equal amounts of both cheeses with mayonnaise to right consistency for spreading.

Hanging Lightweight Wooden Carving?I have a 5' L x 1/4in carved piece I have sanded and finished. It is light in weight and I want to hang it as a cornice in my kitchen bay window. I don't want to nail it to the shelf over the window as I don't want to put nails in it. Since it is light in weight I considered velcro.
