Broccoli Cauliflower MornaySteam together the broccoli, cauliflower and onion for 5 minutes. Turn into a medium sized oven proof dish. Heat milk with mixed cornflour until thickened. Stir well. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and cauliflower.

Cheese Potato PuffCan be mixed and refrigerated day before serving. Peel potatoes; cook in salted water in large pot until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add butter, cheese, milk, and salt; beat over low heat until butter and cheese are melted.
