Microwave Rice and Spinach DeluxeMelt butter in 1 1/2 qt. microwave casserole on high for 20-30 seconds. Stir in onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add rice, salt and 1 1/2 cups water, mixing well. Microwave covered, on high for 2-3 minutes, bringing to a boil. Let stand until water is absorbed.

Oriental Pepper SteakSprinkle steak with 2 teaspoons Accent. Brown in oil in skillet. Add next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add vegetables and remaining 1 teaspoon Accent. Cook for 5 minutes.
