Quick Pecan Coffee CakeMix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and vanilla together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and pecans together and sprinkle over the batter; marbelize with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
Cauliflower Cheddar SoupBlanch cauliflower in boiling salted water and refresh under cold water. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan, add onions and saute until tender and translucent. Add garlic and saute' 30 seconds.
Washboard CookiesCream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Add vanilla, flour and soda mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Roll in balls. Press flat with a fork dipped in water. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-25 minutes.
Homemade WafflesIn a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with a fork, mixing in the milk and vegetable oil and add to the flour mixture all at once.
Bacon Wrapped Baked PotatoFor a different baked potato, slice into potato and insert a half slice of onion. Wrap a slice of bacon around the potato. Wrap the potato in foil. Lay potato on a baking sheet, as some of the bacon juice may drip out. Bake as usual.

Stir-Fried Broccoli With Hoisin SauceSeparate the broccoli heads into florets, and peel and slice the stems. Blanch all the broccoli pieces in a large pot of boiling salted water for several minutes. Then drain them and immerse them in cold water. Drain again thoroughly in a colander.
Oven Baked Potato SkinsBake potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until soft. Cut each potato in half and scoop out the inside of the potato. (Can reserve the inside of the potato to use in some other recipe, if desired).
