Blender MayonnaiseThis makes 1 cup, and is 125 calories.

 

Teriyaki Vermouth MarinadeCombine all ingredients. You can pour it on lean pork, chicken without the skin, or lean ground beef and allow to marinate for 24 hours. Turn at least once during marinating period. Drain meat and broil.

 

Crumb-Topped Blueberry CakeIn a small bowl, combine all crumb topping ingredients. Stir until mixture is evenly blended and crumbly. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

 

New England Yam BakeDrain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. line sides of 10x6 inch baking dish with pineapple slightly overlapping; arrange yams in center. Pour pineapple syrup over yams. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
