Pumpkin Angel Food Dessert with Sugared PecansThis is such a simple recipe to make but has a unique great taste. I don't know the exact calorie count but think it would be lower in calories than most desserts

 

NBC'S (Nachos, Beans, and Cheese)This recipe is quick and easy and makes a great snack. You only have to have three ingredients, but can add more if you want to get fancy. My family LOVES these things, and we make them all the time.

 

Green Beans A La Sour CreamCook beans according to recipe on package until barely tender. Drain and place on bottom of 2 qt. casserole. Pan fry mushrooms and onions in butter in skillet for 1 minute. Add flour and salt and stir to blend.

 

Mom's Mega ChiliChili for a crowd! Brown ground beef in large kettle. Drain fat. Add other ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat about 2 hours.

 

Morning Glory MuffinsThese muffins have so many good things in them, it's like a smorgasbord of delightful eating. Filled with energy-making good things, they are a delicious breakfast food or midday snack.

 

Delicious PunchHeat sugar and water until sugar dissolves and then cool. Combine rest of ingredients other than sherbet (include maraschino cherries juice). Pour into punch bowl.
