A pan of stuffed peppers

Stuffed Green PeppersStuffed green peppers remind me of being a kid. My Mom's recipe was the best! Now I have tweaked and tweaked, and made up my own. I hope you like it.

Stuffed Burgers

Stuffed BurgersHere you will take your ingredients and stuff the bottom half of a seasoned burger and then add a patty to the top and pat together. Making a awesome stuffed patty. We seasoned the meat with our favorite seasoning. Browned some onions with butter and maple syrup. Yummy. Then you add your favorite cheese and top it off. Brown both sides in a frying pan and serve with your lettuce and ketchup if you choose. Here is my burger.

A mosquito trap from a soda bottle.

Mosquito TrapToday, I made two mosquito traps from soda bottles. I did not have any black construction paper but did have black ground cloth. I cut a piece to cover the bottle and stapled the fabric on the bottom so it would sit flat. This should last longer than paper.

A shopping list written on a chalkboard.

Chalkboard Shopping ListI have this chalkboard hanging on my pantry door in my kitchen. As I run out of the regular staple items I need, I jot it down. It is always right at hand and I never have to look for a pen and paper.

Not Completely SilverSeveral years ago, I started doing my husband's haircuts. I still do it because it is more economically feasible. Both he and I are completely silver, or so I thought.

Keys hanging from a binder clip.

Key Hook from Binder ClipI recently found some keys from my roommate's yard sale stash. I was looking around and found one of these wonderful binder clips on a shelf unit. I flipped up the top and voila', instant key hook.

Preventing Split EndsTrim your hair every 6-8 weeks. When you get out of the shower, use a comb not a brush. Crack an egg in the shower. Wash it with shampoo and conditioner. . .

cat on couch by window

Karma (Seal Point Siamese)My mom got Karma from Purr-Angels in 2010 when I moved back home during a stressful time in my life. Karma was for my stress relief. My mom passed away in Feb. 2013, Karma is more special to me now than ever. She is my heart and soul and a constant reminder that my mom's love is always with me.

Remembering Your Baby in the Car

Remembering Your Baby in the CarI realize that many people reading this will think "How can someone actually forget their baby in the car?" or assume that everyone that has this happens to is a negligent or downright bad parent. Just to be clear this post isn't intended to address those types of parents.

tabby colored short hair cat

Frankie (Domestic Short Hair)My husband found Frankie and his two siblings at a foreclosed house when they were about 4 weeks old. Frankie likes to torment people and animals! He has an inquisitive, fun-loving nature and is perpetually in a "terrible two's" stage. He chases anything that moves and seems to find wonder in everything.

A forest scene in Kochi, India

Dreamy Landscape (Kochi, India)We had gone for the weekend to our vacation home. I was watching the sunset from the back porch overlooking the garden, the forest and the sea in the distance. I thought "I'll take a photograph of it to preserve the memory." However, this was the first time I was using a film camera (grandfather's camera) and wasn't aware of how to use it. A week later when I got the film roll developed and printed, this amazing silhouette came out!

Tub in process of being cleaned.

Removing Bathtub Stains for Under $20I'm in the process of moving into an old historic home and boy, does it need work! The porcelain bathtub was disgusting, years worth of stains. For three days, I tried every "soap scum, mildew remover, etc." you could think of. Nothing worked (cue freak out) until I came across two lifesaving products.

Discontinued Anthropologie Wallpaper

Discontinued Anthropologie...I'm looking for 2-3 rolls of a very recently discontinued wallpaper from Anthropologie: Rose Petals. It says it's digitally printed in the US, but no other manufacturer info is available, and I've been unable to find it anywhere else. Any help would be appreciated!
