Avocado Quick Bread
I had a couple avocados that had been in the fridge for a few extra days. I thought they might be a bit too old, they weren't, but I was committed to trying to make quick bread. I found this recipe on the tablespoon.com site and then changed it up a tiny bit. If I make it again I will definitely add chopped walnuts. The batter had a delightful flowery aroma and the bread itself is delicious.
Paper Kids' Crown
This is an inexpensive and easy way to make a custom kid's crown with a paper plate. It is ideal for playing dress up at home, as a party hat, or to complete a Halloween costume! This concept would be fun for a kids' party for them to decorate their own hats, too!
I've always been intrigued by the beauty of spiderwebs. I don't find them creepy or gross, but if you do, Halloween is a good time to have them around! This necklace is super easy to make. I made mine cover my entire neck to wear with a long black dress. You can adjust the vertical measurements to make yours shorter.
Cans Can Do So Many Things
I eat a lot of the larger Campbell's chicken noodle soup (in the 25% more cans) and mandarin oranges from The Dollar Tree. While prepping them for recycling today, it hit me. The bigger one could be a lid for the smaller one.

I purchased Ashton Drake's Matthew baby doll in 1989. He is in the original packing and is in great condition. I also have the original box with a few scratches as well as the shipping box. Puppy Recovering from Parvo Not Eating
My 5 month old Pit Bull puppy has been sick for a week. He had very bloody loose stools and vomiting so we rushed him to the vet. After 4 nights the vet says he's not puking and is eating cat food. Indian Ground Beef with Potatoes (Keema Aloo)
This is a delicious ground beef stew dish from India. I've had some versions of it that don't include tomatoes, but I think adding them rounds the dish off very nicely. This is terrific alongside warm pieces of naan bread or a bed of long grain rice.
