Family Reunion Games and Entertainment?I'm trying to think of a few games that would suit a Family Picnic that would include young and old alike. I'd like to put some new ideas into the entertainment at the picnic. I want to refresh, surprise and put new life into the continuation of this gathering into the future.
Whites Just Came Out Yellow!My son just took his whites out of the communal apt. washing machine and they came out yellow. He says that they are evenly yellow and one shirt has two dime sized orange spots on it. All that was in the wash were undershirts and a white pair of pants. I've trained the kids to religiously empty their pockets before washing. He also checked the machine before starting. I told him to simmer down, not do anything and to wait for my email to tell him what to do and would ask here. How can we fix this expense catastrophy that neither of us can afford to replace?

Helping Your Adult Children Buy Real Estate?My husband wishes to get our 4 kids a start with equity. The oldest kid is close to buying a house, though one isn't picked out yet. He's thinking about a duplex to help pay the mortgage. My husband want to help buy 1/2 of it, breaking that 1/2 of it up into the 5 shares that represent the rest of the family. There are so many different situations that I can think of that could complicate this set up.
