Patching a Plaster Ceiling?i have a plastered ceiling that was cracked and sagging in one spot (a square about 2x2). We cut out the old plaster and we were going to replace it with sheetrock.

Frozen Pipes Keep Bursting?We live in a very old house in Maine. The subzero weather we have been having lately has our pipes bursting constantly. (We use mostly a woodstove to save on money, so our cellar is cold). Is there anything we can do to stop the pipes from bursting?

Phone Line Repair?Our phone line in our house isn't working. The line is working outside. What exactly do we need to do to repair this? We are told by our phone company they are responsible for the outside line only and we will have to pay to have this corrected. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
