Uses for Glass Pot Cover?I am looking for ideas of what can be done with a glass pot cover. it is about 9" in diameter and has a plastic round handle in its center. Long ago I had to get rid of the pot (the Teflon was all scratched). But the lid is perfectly good. It does not fit any other pots.
Sharpening a Pencil?Why is it that I can't seem to sharpen a pencil without the lead falling out as it gets pointed? I have to sharpen a few inches off a pencil until the lead does not break.
Volunteer Tomato Plant?A tomato plant grew from a crack in the pavement on our property. My question is about how safe are the tomotoes to eat? The reason I ask, is that it grew out of concrete, not soil, and more concerning, it is located about 50 cm-1 meter above the underground sewage pipe.

Using A Mouth Guard?I recently got a mouth guard to wear at night time because I grind my teeth in my sleep. I can't make it through the night though. After about 2 minutes in my mouth my gag reflex kicks in, and I have to spit it out. I went back to the dentist and he adjusted it for me as much as possible, so it is more comfortable, but I still can't keep in in my mouth.
