Gift Ideas Using Herbs

At the warehouse stores there are large containers of spices available for very reasonable prices. Buy a few commonly used spices.

Then buy or collect small spice or baby food jars and repackage the larger containers into them.

Print up pretty labels on your computer or if you are artistic, hand letter the name of the spice. Package a few of these together for a gift or add spice bottles to a gift basket for newlyweds or cooks.

If you dry your own herbs, all the better because they are free and home grown. Make sure you put "homegrown" or "organic" on the label.
