Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. raw spinach, torn
• 6 slices crumbled bacon
• 1 small bunch scallions, sliced
• 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
• 1 Tbsp. salad oil

• 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Dressing:

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Toss spinach with salad oil and vinegar. Add bacon, scallions, and eggs. Toss salad ingredients with prepared dressing just before serving. Serves 6-8.
