Easy Cookie Crust

This is an easy pie crust that tastes like a cookie. It was my mom's.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup self rising flour

Directions:

Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Add flour and mix with pastry blender. Pat into a 9in pie pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.
