How to Make Milk Art

October 12, 2011

Blue, green, and yellow paint swirled in white milkMake milk art with your little ones with just milk and food coloring!

Pour the milk in a shallow dish and add drops of the food coloring and swirl the food coloring around slowly. It is kind of mesmerizing to watch the colors float around in the milk! We used coconut milk, however I think using different kinds of milk may change how the colors flow. You could try heavy cream or a low fat milk to see the differences.
