This is my Canadian horse, Phenix. This was the first time we hitched him to a sleigh. The Canadian is the national horse breed of Canada.
The last photo is of Phenix and I on a buggy ride. The field behind is Canola in flower, in New Liskeard, Ontario

Phenix is such a beautiful horse. So strong and sturdy looking. He looks like he is enjoying the sleigh ride just as much as you are. Same with the buggy ride. You have a nice horse for all occasions. Lucky You. Lovely background too.

Wow! Beautiful animal, beautiful landscape and great pictures of both. I didn't even know there was a horse breed called Candadian. You've made me curious. I'm going to have to google the breed and learn more about them. Thanks for sharing Phenix with me.
