Watercress Salad

All natural and helps with bloating. Water-cress tastes peppery.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint water-cress
  • 1 red onion, sliced anyway you prefer
  • Advertisement

  • French dressing (low calorie)

Directions:

Remove all bad leaves from the water-cress. Wash and drain. Place in bowl. Mix all ingredients. Top with French dressing.

Mmm, this does sound good! Watercress is a favorite salad green of mine. I put very little dressing if any, on it because I love the taste of watercress so much.

But it is very, very good with dressing, too, and this salad sounds perfect - peppery watercress, crunchy onions, zesty dressing. Wonderful.
