Tangy Green Bean Casserole

Super easy and inexpensive to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • Advertisement

  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Drain liquid from beans into saucepan. Stir in cornstarch until dissolved. Add lemon juice, salt, horseradish and mustard. Cook and stir until sauce begins to thicken. Add drained beans, and simmer 5 minutes.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
