Yes you can, although it may have mixed results.
One relative did it by freezing in a container with the "gravy" (juice in pot with the beans). If there's not much gravy, add water until there is. Then put plastic wrap across opening of container (the top without the lid on it) - make sure there's almost NO air under the wrap. Seal lid on over the plastic wrap.

Then wrap the container in wrap (to further seal the container and protect your freezer incase of container failure at some point). You can then put container in a freezer bag or two with a dated label - so you know what it is and when it was frozen later. It stayed good for 6mos - if you want it longer, also wrap in foil before putting in freezer bags & use a straw to suck the air out of the bag just before sealing the very last corner of the bag's "zipper." This may get you to a year. This got my brother's chili to over two years.
