Cherry Jello Whip

Ingredients:

• 1 small pkg. cherry gelatin
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese

• 1 large tub Cool Whip

Directions:

Add boiling water to gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add can of pineapple with juice. Refrigerate until mixture is fairly set. Fold in finely grated cheese and Cool Whip.
