Salmon Pie

Not only is this recipe economical, but it's good! This recipe makes 2 pies, which can be frozen for later use. We love this recipe because of the use of the carrots.

If it makes 2 pies, wouldn't you need 2 pie crusts?

Would you bake the second pie before freezing?

Are the quantities for one pie or two pies? Would you bake before freezing? Is this a one crust pie; an open pie with no top crust?
