Diaper Ointment Recipe

Don't buy diaper rash treatments when you can make this for much less money!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Vaseline
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

Mix 1/4 cup Vaseline with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch.
This works so well, you'll never go back!

Vaseline is a petroleum product. Try virgin coconut oil, works just as well. If it's too thin, you can add a little organic beeswax, pure natural stuff.

This is what I was fixing to mention. I used coconut oil for both of my little grandsons when they were still in diapers and even when they were toddlers when they would chafe. It goes on really well and it doesn't burn them either, like a baby wipe or water would when cleaning them , or burn like baby powder would on the rash.

So my daughter in law started using it too on them when I told her it was what I used for them and she realized that it really worked, through trial and error on her part, but you know how daughter in laws are when they think that you don't know what you are talking about and that they know best. Lol.
